Drafted from the Waterloo Wolves Minor Midget AAA organization, Goodwin recorded 14 goals and 13 assists for 27 points in 33 games. When asked about his style of play, Goodwin said, “I play a gritty and physical two-way game. I play defence first but can contribute offensively.”
