Steelheads Acquire O’Grady from Wolves

The Steelheads have acquired Reagan O’Grady from the Sudbury Wolves in exchange for a second round selection in the 2019 OHL Priority Selection, and third round selections in both 2018 and 2021.

O’Grady, a native of Lindsay, ON was drafted in the first round (15th overall) by the¬†Kingston Frontenacs and traded to the Wolves during the 2014-15 season. O’Grady has spent the last three¬†seasons in Sudbury and has improved his offensive output year over year.

As a former assistant captain of the Wolves, the 19-year-old defenseman brings leadership to the Steelheads’ blue line.
