Players to Watch
Ryan McLeod: Heading into the weekend with only two points in his last five games, Ryan McLeod is due for a big game. The Steelheads are looking to their veterans to help them get out of their current slump and it’s the perfect opportunity for McLeod to help his team back get back into the win column.
Serron Noel: Drafted by the Florida Panthers in the second round of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft, Noel is leading the Generals in scoring this season with 33 points in 28 games. In his last 10 games, Noel has 13 points leading the Generals to a 7-3-0-0 record over that span.
Bode Wilde: One of the handful of defencemen with over a point-per-game this season, Wilde is heading into this weekend with five points in his last five games. The 6’3 D-man was drafted by the New York Islanders in the second round of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft and is living up to the hype with 22 points in 21 games this season. Just this week Wilde signed his entry level contract with the Islanders.
